Formulas in the excel header

Question

I have an excel file with a custom header, in the central part I have text and on the edges two different images, I require two things, add a date that changes every time the file is opened and I need to insert a column with text in the header . How can I achieve it?

In header you just add &amp;[date] after the text.
&nbsp;
Current date will display with header.

BUT IF I WANT THE DATE IN DIFFERENT FORMAT, THAT IS SAY I WANT YOU TO SAY: PUEBLA, PUE. TO MONDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2018
