Formulas Challenge for 365

Formula 2 is a simple MAXIFS(). Which is 27 characters long (in de-version of Excel).

Are you able to use it to find the j+ max for each agent?

        I thought the formula is obvious.

        =MAXIFS(B2:J2,B1:J1,"j+")
