Formula TODAY

Hello,

I used this formula to auto generate date without update

=IF(AH10="";"";IF(AK10<>"";AK10;TODAY())) in a file to make it work perfectly I activated the "iterative calculation" in the "Formula" section of Option.
The problem is that it is necessary to regularly resume the activation of iteractive calculation. Is there a way to avoid coming back to the same thing every time?
