Formula to show Overdue
Hello
Please help!! I currently am showing all those with PM Regional but I ONLY want to show those where 'Expiry' is overdue (not those dated in the future) - how can i do this?
Currently formula in cell B2 is =COUNTIFS(F:F,A2, D:D, "Yes")
As you can see Tom only has 2 overdue NOT 3, Sarah only has 2 not 4
Help.

I'd check first it's everywhere "Tom", not "Tom " or like. Same for "Yes". Better as =LEN(F7)=3, etc
