Formula to count the number of consecutive cells below a certain value

Hi everyone,

Maybe it's an easy question, maybe i'm asking for something impossible. I'm interested in the number of consecutive values below 1.5, but only if there are more than 6 in a row. So basically I want to know how many cells my  ''red blocks'' in the picture have, but I also want to know how many ''red blocks'' I have in total, and I'm not interested in the blocks that are smaller than 7 cells.
