Formula To Calculate Percentage of Specific Value.

See the attached version. To make it work, I changed the value of the tax rate cell to 30%, and used the custom number format
0% "Tax"
to make Excel display 30% as "30% Tax".
This Formula worked for me like a charm. Just clear one thing, will it work the same for any % of tax? E.g 44% or 57%. If yes than my problem is solved.

Yes, simply type 44 or 57 in the cell.
What about subtracting the percentage, Changing the '+' to '-' will do the job? And for multiplying and dividing ' * ', ' / ' ?
