Formula needed to retrieve % of correct reviews for an employee, where reviews are on separate tabs.

I don't see an attachment, however. If you are not able to attach a file, could you make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?

Sadly, the layout of the tables varies from sheet to sheet. Pass/Fail can be from column G to column N. That complicates it.
Do you want one overall percentage, or do you want a percentage for Claims, a percentage for Misc Assignments, etc?
Unfortunately, I need a percentage for each review type (tab). Yes, all the reviews contain different review items. I could perhaps mirror the results to a fixed column number and then reference that. Would that be an option?
In the attached version, I made the relevant field names (column headings) the same in all sheets. For example, Review Date > Date of Review and Pass / Fail > Pass/Fail
