As variant, you may add helper column like here
with formula
=COUNTIFS($A$2:$A$10,A2,$B$2:$B$10,"pa")=COUNTIFS($A$2:$A$10,A2,$B$2:$B$10,"pd")
and pivot you range with filter on that column to show only names with unmatched status.
