Enter the following formula in C3:
=IF(B3="","",B3-LOOKUP(9.99999999999999E+307,B$2:B2))And in D3:
=IF(B3="","",SUM(INDEX(A:A,MAX((B$2:B2<>"")*ROW(B$2:B2)+1)):A3))If you don't have Microsoft 365/Office 2021 you'll have to confirm the formula with Ctrl+Shift+Enter.
Fill down from C3:D3 to the last row with data,
