Formula Help - SumIF AND

Hi my excel friends, I need your help. 

 

I have a workbook designated for invoicing. 

Sheet 1 has invoicing data (columns: Company, Month, Amount to invoice, Invoiced Y/N)

Sheet 2 has an overview of all projects.

 

Now, what I want the overview to show is the sum of a specific month, that has not been invoiced.  There may be multiple lines for the same company within the same month. 

 

I hope this makes sense and I do hope one of you lovely people can assist me here by giving me a formula/idea on how to approach.

    Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar? Alternatively, you can attach it to a private message to me. Thanks in advance.
