Formula for looking up a value based of information inputted in one or more cells.

Hello, 

Hoping someone can advise me on what formula to use to look up a value from a table based on the information inputted into one or more cells. Example, if Cell 1 = value and Cell 2 = value it will search the figure that is in the table under those circumstances.
