There are hundreds of partial matches that can trigger the "true" aspect.
The cell was blank after using this initial formula despite there being a partial match. - Didn't work. 😞
Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?
