Formula for calculating dates

You could try something like the attached sample. The method you are determining the range was unclear, so I am using two additional columns. Minimum and Maximum range. If Minimum is left blank, the Due shows only a single date. It doesn't have much in the way of error checking, but I think it accomplishes what you are asking for
