    T-Meyers Here you go. See attached. just drag the formulas. 

     

    You can learn it from my website Mid, Left, Right formulas, Search, how this works.

     

    Though attached solution will work. Just copy and paste the formula. Please do not change the column numbers

(2) For color coding you can use Vlookup function: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=vlookup+exceljet

 

alternatively, you can use 'Left' + 'Find', 'Mid' + 'Find', and 'Right' + 'Find'.
