Formula / Cell Reference Help!
I have a cell, B23, that is the reference cell involved in many formulas (a blank cell waiting for an input value to be placed in it and it produces an answer in cell B38). I have several cells in other sheets that I want to place into cell B23 to retrieve answers (i.e. if B23 = O39, what will B38 produce? if B23 = O40, what will B38 produce? etc. etc.).
Is there a way I can do this using a formula or some kind of technique? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
