Formatting time to 24hour in excel

Hello, I have a document with about 700 columns. The first column has time and date in 12hour format, when I try to format to 24hour to eliminate the AM/Pm it’s only converting to half the file and I fail to do the remainder. Please help, what can I do to convert the rest and have uniform data?

Your data has confused Excel into thinking that part of the values isn't a valid date&time format. Those cells are left as text and hence do not change in format if you change the number format.

Be careful, if this is an issue with the order of your dates (days first or months first) it may be that all cells Excel did convert to real dates are wrong (it then switched the days for months and vice versa)!
