Finding possible duplication

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have a set of data (vendor &amp; customer name). There seems to be a duplication but most of the duplication are not exact. Example are as below:- Johnson Charles and Johnson Charhles- ABC PTE LTD - ABC PTL. LTD.- Gobinath D/O Ramasamy and Gobinath&nbsp;My idea is to find maybe 50% similarities and mark it.&nbsp;How do I find duplication if the names are not exact?&nbsp;

Syed_001&nbsp;Ever heard Fuzzy Lookup? It's an add-in that is similar to lookup function but you can use it to lookup for a data which is not exactly the same as your lookup value.you can refer here&gt;&nbsp;How to use the Fuzzy Lookup add-in in Microsoft Excel - YouTube
