=INDEX($A$2:$A$13,SMALL(IF(B2:B13<=0,ROW($A$1:$A$12)),1))You can try this formula. Enter the formula with ctrl+shift+enter if you don't work with Office 365 or Excel for the web or Excel 2021.

That is perfect! I've used Index, but not that clever. SMALL is new to me. Thanks so much!
