Find most recent date of entry

I'm building an Excel sheet to track user check-ins via ID number, and want to track the last time that a user time in based on the =NOW function. Is there a formula to search across sheets for the most recent occurrence of an ID number being entered?

 

Second part, is there a way to autocolor the box based on if the previous entry was more or less than 90 days ago?

    Hi LukeCSBSJU,

     

    I'm sending you a file with a sample of two possible solution for the first part of your problem.

     

    1. In columns A:B we have your data (fake entries);

    2. In F3, we have a formula to deliver the user that checked in most recently;

    3. In I3, we have a formula to deliver the most recent checkin from the user indicated in J2. 

     

    Please, let me know if it helps you and we can think about a solution for the second part of your problem.
