Find match and return the proper array

Thanks in advance for your help. I'm using Office 365.   I have workbook with 3 sheets.   Sheet1 has property data. The columns are Address, City, Zip, Bd, Ba, Sqft, Lot Size, Zoning. Sheet2 has...

Do you want only to match Zip codes or other parameters also like Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Sqft.
