Find match and return the proper array

Thanks in advance for your help. I'm using Office 365.

 

I have workbook with 3 sheets.

 

Sheet1 has property data. The columns are Address, City, Zip, Bd, Ba, Sqft, Lot Size, Zoning.

Sheet2 has the possible buyers with their buying criteria. The columns are Investor, Address, City, Zip, Bd, Ba, Sqft, Lot Size, Zoning, Budget.

 

On Sheet3 I'd like a formula that returns a potential buyer for the properties on Sheet1. For example, if I have a property on Sheet1 with zip code 33101, 4 bd, 2ba, 3500 Sqft, R4 Zoning and on Sheet2 I have a buyer looking for a property with that description I want a formula on Sheet3 that pulls the buyer automatically.

    Do you want only to match Zip codes or other parameters also like Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Sqft.

      Yes, I'd like to match other parameters like bedrooms, bathrooms, Sqft, Zoning, etc.
