Find and transform data into new sheet without coding

Hi guys,

I need your help :)
I stucked with this project and I dont know how to solv this without coding. Can you figure out with this?

I need to transfer the highlighted cells and values (orange and blue cells) from 2 or more xcell sheets into a new sheet. It sounds simple :) But, in the datasources the searched cells and values are not always in the same rows.
