Filtering Criteria

Hello. This may be difficult to explain so sorry in advance if I'm not clear enough. I am trying to create a formula or macro that can identify 1 criteria in one column and 2 criteria in another. Ex. I want to test to see if 2 different values exist in column 'G', do they share the same value in column 'M'. More specifically, if the word 'CANCEL' and the word 'SHIPPED' exist on 2 different rows in column 'G', then test to see if the 2 different rows have matching values in column 'M'. See attached Excel File. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance! The more basic the better. :)
