Extract Date from Cell

I have an Excel sheet that contains dates that staff have done specific training.

Currently the date is displayed as 'Match (05-JAN-24)' in each cell. Of course the date may change, and some may also look like 'Expiring Soon (01-MAR-23)'.

I need a way of outputting that information so it just gives us the date that something is due. so I just want it to look like '05/01/2024'.
