Excel

hi,

dear all, i have question, how we get data of specific store item ( example: sugar) as i have 10 different stores in all over the word ( A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K) . By using the the store name(A,B,C....) and item ( Sugar). and want to get exact figures ( how much demand, received, sale and balance).

all in Excel.

    If you can identify ranges in which a particular subset (e.g. associated with a specific store) of the data may be found then lookup functions such as XLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH can be used to down-select.  If, on the other hand, you need to aggregate relevant values over larger ranges (e.g. picking our entries for 'sugar' that are widely distributed through a dataset) then one would look to SUMIFS and COUNTIFS.
