If you can identify ranges in which a particular subset (e.g. associated with a specific store) of the data may be found then lookup functions such as XLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH can be used to down-select. If, on the other hand, you need to aggregate relevant values over larger ranges (e.g. picking our entries for 'sugar' that are widely distributed through a dataset) then one would look to SUMIFS and COUNTIFS.
