EXCEL VLOOKUP IN VENDOR DATA

Hi

I want to compare avendor detailed ledger with vendors one. both are in excel formats. they have Credit column and debit column. I want to check if any invoice is missing or any duplicate.  How I use vlookup for debit and credit ?
