Excel Started Formatting Filter Function Strangely
I'm a big fan of the Filter function but yesterday I noticed that Excel has started to format the function bizarrely - I'm on Microsoft 365.
This is what I would expect the formula to look like:
=FILTER(tblRMRate[MP7item],tblRMRate[Country]=B2,0)
This is how 365 is formatting it:
=FILTER(tblRMRate[[MP7item ]],tblRMRate[[Country ]]=B2,0)
I tried to correct the format and got the "There is a problem with this formula" popup.
Anyone got any idea what gives?
Check the column headers/field names in the top row of the table. Is there a space at the end? That would explain what you see.

That fixed the problem and gave me one more thing to check in the future.
