Excel spreadsheet copying cells unless formula

Hello

I'm having another issue with an Excel spreadsheet, it's 2 separate sheets which I'll call Spreadsheet1 and Spreadsheet2.  I know how to mirror cells in both sheets but need help with the below.  I've tried the usual googling but I'm a bit stuck and would really appreciate someone's help.

Cells location will be the same in both spreadsheets 

• Column I on Spreadsheet1 to Column C in Spreadsheet2, unless there is a figure in J of Spreadsheet1, which C in Spreadsheet2 will then need to reflect
