Hello, Help
I was working away on a multi sheet file and suddenly I can only acess the first sheet. all the other sheet tabs are greyed out I can access them or add any more sheets. I need the data that is on them. Any ideas? As I cant click on it I cant " unprotech sheet if that was accidentally clicked

Since the information about the digital environment as well as details of what is appearing and/or messages can only be seen, I can only send you the above link from Microsoft where you can see some suggested solutions.
If I may recommend, attach the file (without sensitive data) or if not possible, some photos and describe exactly what is happening based on these.
Inform about your operating system (win 10, win 11, mac, etc.).
Which storage medium is used (hard drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, network, etc.).
All this information will lead you to a more accurate solution proposal and the helper does not need to be a clairvoyant :).
In addition, since I am already at it, since you described that you have carried out the update and repair, I recommend starting in safe mode beforehand.
