Some possible solutions you can try:
- Unfreeze panes if you have enabled the Freeze Panes feature of Excel.
- Check if your SHIFT key is stuck and press it again to release it.
- Unmark ‘Zoom on roll with IntelliMouse’ option in Excel Options > Advanced > Display.
- Delete any empty rows or columns beyond your data range.
- Recover the scrollbar by resizing it or changing its position.
If these solutions do not work, you may need to update your Excel version or check if there are any network issues affecting the ActiveX controls.
