Excel: remove almost duplicate rows

I have a really long excel file (+5.000) rows.

In this file there are rows that are almost identical expect for one colum. If the entire row is identical except for the last colum, I want to delete the identical informatie and merge the last colum.

at the moment I deleted all the duplicate informatie now I am looking for a way to get the other options next to each other. It is like this now:
