Excel Refresh / recalculate formula without Office Installed

Hi,

i have a excel with 2 sheets 
sheet 1 - data will be loaded on daily 
sheet 2 - containing formals which has reference to Sheet 1 data
Note: in server Office is not installed 

the question is : 
as the Sheet 1 data is changing (ETL loads the data into Sheet1), how do i refresh the Formula in Sheet1 without excel/ opening it and once Refreshed then SAVE it?

any option using C# or VBS or any method
