If you cannot change the breaks with this information, most likely VBA or Office Script is inserted, or it is a file that is only shared with you (only access is granted).
If I may recommend, provide information about the Excel version, the operating system and the storage medium (hard drive, OneDrive, Sharepoint, etc.), so that someone who does not know your digital environment can understand it better and possibly suggest a better solution/ give approach. Photos or the file itself with the possible error messages would also help.
