That's a known issue, e.g. https://excel.tips.net/T002004_Special_Characters_In_Hyperlinks.html Please check https://stackoverflow.com/questions/25070176/hyperlink-changes-from-to-20-20-when-clicked-in-excel if some of worarounds help. I have no personal experience with that issue.
