Excel Help
When I try and get Help with my Excel spreadsheets I get this message
I am the account holder and there is no organization or administrator. How can I get Help by choosing the Help button?

Thus that's you are an administrator. Try to change the settings according to instruction here "Your organizations administrator turned off the service required - Microsoft Community
I am not allowed to do that action. the check boxes are greyed out.
Here is my account information.
Sorry, I have no Office Home to play with it and check what could be wrong. Try to google more, I'm very sorry that not able to help.
