Just to clarify: There is no formula that can auto-populate data in an adjacent cell, i.e., If Column C is today or older, Column D will show "Overdue".

MiAnPaDu That's the first formula I mentioned.

In D1 enter,

=IF(C1<TODAY(),"Overdue","")
