Excel Help Function

OK. Somehow, I've managed to either, turn the help function off or some setting was changed when I switched to the 365 subscriptions from my individual license for this product. When I click on "Help ....." links, that window pops up. This is my personal PC not my work PC. Any ideas what could be happening?
