EXCEL HELP FORMULA
I added a helper column. The formula then becomes relatively straight-forward. See the attached version.
but Now i have the max price but I need to assign this price who's vendor has this price ?
with this specific item!!, for example if the Chili Garlic Sauce needs to see in Formosa has $ 55

What I am looking for is to track all the prices from my vendors, One item can sold for different vendors, but I will choose the cheapest. But in the end my goal is to see the order tracking price for a specific week, or month

What should the result look like?
My goals are:
if the same item was sold with a different vendor I can see the price for both
I need to work with a graphic the track the price during a specific time.
