Your question is not clear enough. Use EDATE() instead of EOMONTH().
=EDATE(B2,36)Can you please clarify about 36 or 48 months?

I assume, you are looking for DATEDIF()
=DATEDIF(B2,C2,"Y") =DATEDIF(B2,C2,"M")
