excel formula

Hello, i have problem to search the right excel formula. I need formula to to count overtime payment. So, if the total work hours employee on one month bigger than 200 hours, that count overtime work. If under 200 hours, the employee dont have overtime.

I think the formula is IF, but i dont know how the right formula to count time if have overtime.
