EXCEL Formula

I don't think I explained well enough. Try again...

Row 1, Values in cells a thru j

Row 2, Values in cells a thru j

Row 3, Values in cells a thru j

 

I want formula to look at cell E5 and see if value in E5 is in any of those cells above.

If it is in row 1, I want it to return the number 1.

If it is in row 2, I want it to return the number 10.

If it is in row 3, I want it to return the number 20.
