Excel formula question

Hi All

I am struggling with how to write the formula in an excel spread sheet to say

If the sum of box Y is greater than 194 multiply by 1%

 

What should I type in, Please.

    Please let us know what to multiply by 1%?

    Is it the sum of Y or something else?

     

    And what is the box Y?

    Do you mean the column Y?
