Excel formula help

I would appreciate some advice...
I have 2 spreadsheets. Sheet 1 has all patients seen at UCB on dates/times (as in 0700, 0715) and sheet 2 has dates/hours of availability at UCE, meaning the appt was open and could have been booked count. How would I accomplish this?
