Excel formula help please
It needs to be done as in the screenshot, I have already tried, but all attempts were unsuccessful and to no avail {1:SHORTANSWER:=} Help me please

SHORTANSWER This is not a formula, you need to insert numbers there.I have already tried to make a formula, but here are my attempts: =TEXT(A1,“{1:SHORTANSWER:=0}”)
