Excel Formula Assistance

Trying to create a formula when certain selections from 3 different lists are made. If a selection person is selected from one list, then a plan is selected from another list will equal a specific selection from yet another list. For example: If Member for ABC Plan equals a specified timeframe like 10 business days. I have tried every formula I can think of and I am at a loss.
