Excel Filter Function

I have a spreadsheet with lots of data in which the filter will not function correctly. It either does not show the values in all cells or will not filter the value selected.  I have rebooted and tried on several different machines. Other files work just fine, this bug is with this particular file.  I have copied into a new excel file several times. I have formatted all cells
