Excel error: Issue: An _xlfn. prefix is displayed in front of a formula
Hi, I have opened up a database to select products from. However the pictures are not showing up. The error is a _xlfn. prefix. Can anyone please explain how I can fix this? I believe I have the newest version of excel. It displays "#NAME?"

Which product is listed on the right hand side, and which version/build?
- JackYT1Copper ContributorThe product is Microsoft 365 and the version is 2308
- Patrick2788Silver ContributorIt sounds like the workbook is using the IMAGE function and you're on the Semi-Annual Enterprise channel which does not yet have access to the function.
- JackYT1Copper ContributorProduct is Microsoft 365. version 2308, Build (16731.20094)

The product is Microsoft 365. It Is version 2308, build (16731.20094)
As far as I know, Microsoft 365 version 2308 should have the IMAGE function...
Are you sure it's Microsoft 365, and not Office 2021, 2019 or 2016 Click-to-Run? Those share the version numbers with Microsoft 365 but don't have new functions such as IMAGE.
