Excel date function handling issues since April 10th update

Since April 10th update, some date function are not working properly and that's a huge problem when my spreadsheets depend significantly on searches based on dates. 

These problem is not only affecting new registers. It affects aswell all previous information making spreadsheets useless. Big problem when you rely on Excel to process a great deal of performance indicators of your business. 

For example, this formula "=TEXT(A1,"dd/mm/yyyy")"  should return this result = "12/02/2025" but instead it shows like these "12/02/yyyy" making impossible to use it with any search function as Hlookup or Vlookup, for example. In this formula A1 is a specific date in "dd/mm/yyyy" format.
