Excel Data Fields

Hello

 

I have an Excel spread sheet that I need to fill in monthly. I need to get values in column G according to text that is placed in column C or D. The values for the text is on sheet2 in multiple columns. 

I have attached an example if anyone could possibly help out.

      Wyn Hopkins  It doesn't really help. I need a formula that will automatically give the cost price of an item into column G. eg if I input gloves into column D2 the amount of R4.00 will automatically go into column G2 which will then give me the answer of SUM= F2*G2. This needs to happen throughout the spreadsheet without me having to put in a formula each time.
